Order
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery time is typically 2 to 5 business days after receipt of payment (only applies within Germany). We work with DHL, but we pack the orders ourselves. This also motivates us to ship orders quickly. You can track your order as usual using the tracking number.
Where do I enter the discount code during the ordering process?
When you add a product to your shopping cart, a sidecar appears where you can enter the code. Furthermore, you can also enter the code again in the "payment step" during checkout if you are using a mobile device. If you are accessing our store via the desktop version, you can enter the code directly in the "information step" during checkout.
How do I know what size I need?
In the product description, you'll find our model's height and weight. There's also a size chart above the product description for your convenience. We generally follow this.
How do I cancel or change my order?
To ensure your order is shipped to your desired delivery address as quickly as possible, it will be processed immediately. Therefore, cancellation or changes to your order are not possible. You can, of course, return the order after receipt by exercising your statutory right of withdrawal or within the 14-day return period. Can I add more items to my order later?
Once you've completed an order, you can't add any more items to it. Simply place a new order. Feel free to let us know by email, and we'll get back to you. The best way to contact us is by email; support@meninbenz.com is the right address.

What payment methods do we offer?
All payment methods we offer will be displayed during the ordering process.
The following payment options are available: Paypal, Klarna, bank transfer, credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact, Ideal & Crypto.
Shipping & Delivery
How long is the delivery time?
The Delivery time is typically 2-5 days after receipt of payment. We will notify you by email as soon as your order has left our warehouse. You can also track your delivery at any time using your tracking number via our parcel service DHL. You will receive the tracking number and link via email with your shipping confirmation.
Delivery times abroad differ from delivery times within Germany.
Which shipping provider will ship the goods?
Our products are shipped with our partner DHL. Each package is insured and has a tracking number. The tracking number allows you to check the status of your delivery at any time.
Can I track my order?
As soon as your order has been handed over to the shipping service provider, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us by email. This email contains a tracking link that you can use to check the status of your order at any time.
What shipping costs are incurred when ordering?
Standard shipping for parcels costs €4.99. Orders sent as registered parcels are stamped €2.50. For orders over €150 within Germany, shipping is waived.
For deliveries abroad, costs vary depending on the country and shipping zone.
From what order value is shipping free?
We would be delighted if you would support us with an order value of over €150. In return, we will gladly cover the shipping costs of €4.99 within Germany.
This means that shipping is free within Germany for orders over €150. Deliveries abroad are always subject to a charge, regardless of the order value.
Does SCHÖNE STERNE ® also deliver abroad?
Yes - we also ship abroad to make our international customers happy.

Return & Refund
How does the returns process work?
All items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Returns can only be made within Germany.
To do so, please use our returns portal, where you can process your return online using your order number and the email address you provided with the order.

You only need the order number (#123456) and your email address of your order indicate .
Please note that we can only accept returns of unused items in their original packaging. Please ensure that you do not remove any labels or soil any items. The items must not show any signs of wear.
Please note that we do not cover any other return shipping costs.
Can I exchange or refund items?
You can return unworn items to us within 14 days. Once we receive your return, you will receive an email confirmation of receipt. After inspecting the return, the corresponding amount will be refunded (minus €6.50 for return shipping) according to your chosen payment method. Processing and refunding may take up to 7 days. For further information, see our cancellation policy.
Can I exchange items for a different size?
Yes and no. To do this, you must register a return and officially return your order. We will refund your money upon receipt of the goods using the same method you paid. To receive your product in your desired size, you must place a new order.
